Before you buy anything, make sure you have an account, and make sure you’re logged in.

Doing this will make sure your classes show up in your account automatically.

The easiest way to do this is to sign up for the FREE class: How to Write Flash Fiction that Doesn’t Suck.

Meanwhile…

• We think we’ve added to ALL writer accounts ALL the classes that have been purchased up to 4:30 PM, when I got the last of the auto-enrollments working.
• ALL classes you get now should show up in your account automatically.

SO the place where you might STILL need to create a help desk ticket is:

• You bought a class you don’t have in your classroom…
• You cannot log into your account
• For either situation, bring receipts if you have them, and include in your ticket any email addresses you might have used to create accounts on the older sites (all the way back to 2009)
